September 30, 2026 - Krokidas & Bluestein is pleased to announce that Marguerite Lombardo has joined the firm as Counsel in its Nonprofit and Tax-Exempt Organizations practice. Marguerite advises nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and other public and mission-driven entities on tax, corporate, and transactional matters, helping them navigate day-to-day and big-picture decisions.

Marguerite is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She earned her B.A. and M.S. from the University of Massachusetts and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
