Andrew Ognibene joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2020. Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of transactional and commercial real estate law.
Andrew represents nonprofit, for-profit and public entities in transactional matters, and in the acquisition, disposition, financing, zoning, permitting, and leasing of real property. He represents lenders in real estate and commercial financing transactions. He also represents nonprofit and charter school clients in their joint ventures, asset and stock purchases, intellectual property licensing agreements, and service provider contracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Kenneth V. Desmond, Jr. in the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Before attending law school, Andrew was a financial analyst with a prominent real estate development firm in Washington, D.C.
Andrew is a 2011 graduate of Duke University and a 2018 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he participated in the Nonprofit Clinic and completed an externship with the Nonprofit Organizations/Public Charities Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
