Jonathan Scharf, a member of the firm’s litigation group, concentrates his practice in general business and commercial litigation.
Jonathan represents clients both big and small, including major international corporations, small businesses, non-profit entities, and individuals. He has successfully litigated a wide variety of civil cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, including claims for breach of contract, trademark infringement, and torts such as negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. Jonathan has also represented pro bono clients in family and housing court.
Jonathan joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2009. Prior to that he was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, where he began his practice. Jonathan earned his B.A. from Cornell University in 2002 and his J.D. at New York University School of Law in 2005.
