Julie Herbst Peabody represents commercial, non-profit and public clients in a variety of transactional matters, with a concentration in real estate.
Julie’s experience includes advising clients in financing, acquisition, disposition, zoning, permitting and leasing of real property, with an emphasis on affordable housing transactions. She has also counseled clients regarding a wide array of non-profit and charter school corporate governance issues. She has also worked with clients on compliance with environmental laws and regulations, and risk management.
Prior to joining the firm, Julie was an associate at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels, LLP in Boston. She is a 1994 magna cum laude graduate of Amherst College and a 1998 cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School.
