Jennifer Gallop concentrates her practice in the areas of health care, non-profit, administrative and corporate law.
Jennifer represents teaching and community hospitals, long term care hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, community health centers, behavioral health providers, hospices and visiting nurse associations, assisted living residences and CCRCs, community-based human service organizations, private special education schools, physicians and allied health professionals in matters involving transactions (mergers, acquisitions, affiliations), corporate compliance, contracts, legislative and regulatory matters, and tax-exempt bond financing.
Jennifer has written and lectured for professional and trade organizations, including Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Boston Bar Association Health Law Section and the Massachusetts Extended Care Federation on corporate compliance, non-profit governance, long-term care and assisted living, and health care transactions.
Jennifer was named one of “The Top 10 Corporate Lawyers” by Women’s Business Boston, a monthly professional business journal for women covering Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Jennifer is a 1987 magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Brandeis University and a 1991 graduate of New York University School of Law where she was a Root-Tilden Scholar.
