As a commercial litigator and trial attorney, Anthony Cichello brings his experience to for-profit, non-profit and quasi-governmental clients on a range of matters, including health care, employment, real estate, contracts, construction and leasing disputes.
Tony has extensive experience in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediations and before administrative agencies. Representative clients include a general contractor in a construction dispute with a property owner, commercial landlords and tenants in summary process disputes, a non-profit transportation provider in a contract dispute with a vendor, and a court-appointed receiver operating troubled nursing home facilities in a dispute with the former facility operator. He has also written about litigation for the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
In addition to his law practice, Tony is Vice Chairman of the School Building Committee for the town of Milton, where he has responsibility for the town’s $152 million school building construction program. Tony is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Milton Hospital Foundation and serves on the building committee overseeing the hospital's $38 million renovation and expansion project.
Tony is a 1987 summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Boston College and a 1992 graduate of Yale Law School. Following law school, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Sylvia H. Rambo of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
