About Us

Krokidas & Bluestein LLP provides legal services in the areas of public, non-profit and for-profit general corporate law, health and education law, real estate development, finance and property management, public and private civil litigation, labor and employment law, and social services law. Our firm is staffed by 20 attorneys, over half of whom are women, and is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) (formerly known as the State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance (SOMWBA)) as a woman-owned business enterprise.

Since Krokidas & Bluestein’s inception, we have maintained a strong commitment to working in the areas of public and non-profit law and in the provision of transactional and litigation services to public and non-profit organizations and institutions. To that end, we allocate more than half of our time to the service of public and non-profit clients. This focus informs and enhances our work for our for-profit clients as well as our public and non-profit clients.

What makes Krokidas & Bluestein uniquely qualified to represent you?

Small Size Means Responsiveness to Your Schedule: Our small size enables us to be nimble in addressing our clients’ needs.

Availability of Senior Attorneys: Many firms that offer rates comparable to ours are able to do so only by using junior attorneys to perform most legal tasks. You will work primarily with a senior attorney who has had at least 10 (and in most cases 20) years’ experience in matters like yours.

A Legal Budget That Works for You: Our fee structure enables us to offer legal services at rates that are lower than those of most other Boston firms.
